- Nabadwip Hindu High School was established in 1873.
- Initially, it was at the outhouse of Nrisingha Prasad Das (Nasibabu) in 1871.
- In 1873, the main building of the present school was established at the place of two bigha land donated by Tarini Chattapadyay and founded by Ratanmoni Kundu.
